John T. DellaCroce, M.D.

Dr. DellaCroce is a board-certified ophthalmologist. He graduated magna cum laude from Louisiana Tech University School of Biomedical Engineering. He earned his medical degree and completed his internship at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He then went on to complete a two-year vitreoretinal fellowship at the University of Utah.

Serrhel G. Adams Jr., M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Adams is a board-certified ophthalmologist. He attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA where he graduated with his Ph.D. He went on to graduate from West Virginia University Medical School where he completed his internship in medicine and pediatrics. He trained as an ophthalmology resident at Tulane University in New Orleans and then completed a two-year fellowship in vitreoretinal diseases and surgery at the University of Florida.

Clinical Research

Northwest Arkansas Retina Associates has a research team that is focused on advancing and improving the treatment of diseases of the retina, macula, and vitreous through clinical studies. Our physicians have participated in a multitude of research studies. We are currently participating in multiple clinical trials for macular degeneration and plan to add studies focused on diabetic eye disease.
